Invigor8 Membership Information

Booking rights for members is 7 or 8 days in advance dependant on subscription type, please view subscription details, 7/8 days advance booking, currently set to the start time of the class/session.

Induction required to access all Gyms – a valid up to date induction must be visible on customer account in order to access Gyms. Telephone 0151 606 2010 for more information

50% & 25% off single court hire rules: Only one court can be booked per member at a single given time (Members cannot be playing on 2 courts at once). Member must be on the court and not spectating. Each member on the court can have 1 guest (2 members = 2 guests). Offer can only be redeemed within subscription access times.

All Annual Memberships are paid upfront memberships offering 12 months for the price of 10 months, customer receives 2 months free (non-transferrable and no refund)

Christmas Gift Vouchers – available to purchase in denominations of £35. Each voucher entitles owner to access Wirral Leisure Centres as an Invigor8 Plus member for one month (see access guidance above). Multiple Vouchers may be redeemed consecutively. Vouchers must be redeemed by 30th June 2022 (multiple vouchers will still provide access after June but must be redeemed and activated onto an account by this date). Usual T’s and C’s apply to the Invigor8 Plus product.   

Invigor8 Family: Available for families of 2 x adults and 2 x under 18’s.

Unlimited Family Swimming:  Invigor8 members can access a family swim if they have an individual membership, other family members without a membership will pay cash to access. Alternatively, a Family Invigor8 membership is required for free access for all. 

Other Memberships Available

• Invigor8 Plus Monthly Cash pass £35.00 – equivalent access rights to a Plus membership available with no commitment, upfront payment with 1 month access- available to Wirral and non-Wirral residents
• Armed Forces Membership: Various Membership options are available to all serving and ex-serving Armed Forces personnel. FOC or £18.75 dependent on eligibility. Please contact Age UK for further details on vetsgympasses@ageukwirral.org.uk
• Invigor8 Standard: The Invigor8 Standard Membership is discontinued and will no longer be available to purchase after 31st December 2018. All customers who subscribed to the Standard Membership before 31st December 2018 are eligible to enjoy all the benefits currently offered. Suspension and Reinstatement of Invigor8 Memberships

Invigor8 memberships were automatically suspended in March 2020 when leisure centres were instructed to close in line with UK Government Covid 19 restrictions. The majority of our facilities and activities are now open and accessible through pre-booking or directly arriving at sites.

In the event of any new or additional restrictions being imposed by the UK government in 2022, access to facilities and membership guidance will be available on our website and social media channels.

All suspended Invigor8 subscriptions have been reinstated from Wednesday 20th October in line with Invigor8 membership agreements. Information regarding payments and future direct debits can be found below. Letters were sent via post in October 2021 to every member at the address provided to us containing all the information required.

Direct debt payments due on 1st of each month

Memberships and access to facilities will be reinstated from 20th October 2021. 

If your direct debit payment is scheduled to be collected on the 1st of each month your next direct debit will be requested on 1st November 2021.

Wirral Passport A 

A WPA (Wirral Passport A) can be purchased by any Wirral resident to receive up to a 25% discount off a range of pay and play activities.

To apply for a WPA a resident must fall into one of the following eligibility criteria: Income Support/Income-related Employment & Support Allowance, Income-based/Contribution-based job seekers allowance, Council tax support, Housing benefit, Incapacity benefit/contributory employment & support allowance, Working tax credit*, Child tax credit (income must not exceed £16,385), Full-time students/Apprenticeship (over 18), Work-based learning for young people, A dependent partner of those on income support, receipt of Carers Allowance, Aged 65 or over, in receipt of Universal Credit.

Costs £7.50 for a year. Proof of eligibility is required and passes can be purchased from and Leisure Centres, Golf courses or the Wirral Watersports Centre. WPA application forms can be found here: Wirral Passport A Application Form or at any of these centres. 

Access for Carers to Leisure Facilities

Customers are welcome to take a Carer into an activity or facility. Customers are advised to register the Carer on their account (Carer will be registered and linked to the primary customer’s account). Eligibility of the Carer must be provided including proof (high rate DLA , PIP or Carers Allowance).

The Carer can access activities for free if they are required to accompany the customer but are not able to participate in the activity unless they make payment to access as a user (excluding Swimming where Carers are not required to pay to access the pool with the customer). Customers are required to pay for the activity or purchase a membership. 

Junior Access to Wirral Leisure Gyms 

• 16+ can attend anytime
• 14 – 15 may be unaccompanied at Teen Fitness times and on the weekend.
• 12 – 13 must be accompanied by an Adult anytime during the week and weekend.

Cancellations

One Direct Debit is required to clear through payers bank on commencement of Membership.
